-Each location can be quite different from the others, so there is a lot of variation in experience.
-There is not much of a sense of connection with the other service locations in the same state much less the entire company.
-There ate very few formal connection opportunities or learning opportunities with other providers. So even though we have a number of clinical subject matter experts across the company, there is very little organized and intentional effort to make use of our collective experience and knowledge for the benefit of anyone beyond the local service location.
