Pros
Strong Benefit package offered to its employees, that may or may not offset the general discontent found in the workplace. The benefits are most often lauded as the means to survive the dysfunction of their respective positions.
Cons
Fortune 500 companies would do well to examine the employer solution group Heath Care delivery model. Health Care Providers are poorly treated often guided by non evidence based metrics. I've not encountered a happy provider and most despise the daily micromanagement by Site Directors.
