Highly disorganized, spent too much time trying to find supplies, not enough supplies because people lose stuff and steal, no training but it was expected you know how to do every type of reset within 2 weeks even though it's impossible for you to have learned everything only doing one area per week, pay was wrong every week, managers were in arrested development, they were rude, immature, not logical, didn't understand simple questions. There were a lot of slackers that got away with being on their phone, talking and not working. Then the people who actually were working at a steady pace were expected to compensate for them. Most of the managers for the actual store were also awful. They watched you like a hawk and would complain even if you stopped to talk about something work related. It was like an open air prison. There wasn't enough to do if you worked fast enough. But they would still complain if you slowed down so you would have something to do the whole time. It was a catch 22. I've never dealt with such illogical expectations at a job before this one. What a crazy, uncontrolled environment.
