Pros
- Detailed training (that you get paid for) - Decent mileage rate - Set your own hours, within a range - Meet lots of people and build business relationships with local stores
Cons
- I do not recommend taking a job outside of a 20 minute drive. It's hardly worth it, gas considered, and they only pay mileage between stores on the same day. You have to carefully schedule yourself in order to make any sort of profit if you commute. - If you don't want to commute... good luck getting hours. Many locations are only serviced once a month. - Management is great! But sometimes, my god, it takes them forever to get back to you! On that note, don't get me started on contacting payroll. Be prepared to wait days for a response. - You are expected to make your quotas regardless of the situation. If it's a dead day in the store, it's very much your fault.
