Pros
Work at Walmart store, coworkers are helpful and fun to be around, talk to a lot of cool people, direct sales manager was great.
Cons
LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE. This company has changed its cultural a ton. expectations are insane on its front line people even tho they under pay you on base pay and commissions. They expect 2 to 3 contract phones MINIMUM (DURING A PANDEMIC) daily when getting one out is a hard sell when you are forced to sell the phones with a contract on the phone with financing only and expensive service. Customers cant buy the phone out right or you make no money and get no credit for anything at all. A normal commission check on a good month is like 300 to 400 bucks if you are a good performer and less if you are are average or below. There is little chance for advancement if you aren't a top 4 or 5 seller in your 60 person district even if you have a degree like I had. Base hourly pay is 12 dollars an hour. most jobs in this category pay higher base and MUCH hiring commissions for all the requirements you have to go with. Finally, but most importantly, i have been working full time hours for well over 5 months, even so far as 44 hours a week for a couple months. I AM STILL CLASSIFIED AS PART TIME WITH NO PAID TIME OFF OR BENEFITS. This is a sham of a company that only cares about numbers now.
