Pros
This position is good because it's extremely flexible due to the fact that we make our own schedule.
Cons
Compensation is GOD AWFUL for the job we are supposed to do. We are supposed to train retail associates who get paid more than we do. We also fill in 3 job titles 1.) Territory Manager 2.) Merch Team 3.) Assistant Account Manager while only getting paid for the one position. We are supposed to get a monthly bonus but rarely do with no insight on why not. Also after all the vehicle expenses, including gas and maintenance, we get paid a little over minimum wage. The worse part is that management micromanages to the point of it being unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Things change last minute, tasks are assigned last minute. No one from the account team to the management seems as if they care.
