Absolutely scummy sales practices. Extremely pushy tactics. Turn over is incredibly high, compared to a normal retail/customer service position. Company culture is entirely focused on pushing every bit of sales up, this includes selling everything possible to customers with no interest in finding out the right product for a potential customer. Management levels above direct supervisors are mythological beings who you'll never speak to. Problems with their sales approach will be dismissed without any dialogue.
Also another huge con was being expected to work nearly 80-100 hours regularly a week. This will cause health issues later.
