Pros
Create and manage your own schedule around the needs of whichever stores you are assigned to, and whatever you have going on in your life. I think they paid enough.
Cons
Prepare to be hit by a tidal wave of unused merchandising materials leftover from the last associate who most certainly gave up after receiving way too much to do in a store that won't tolerate changes. Work with braindead store clerks and managers for way too long getting the mountain of backstock and displays onto the floor. Get your training from a tablet! Meet with your regional manager once or twice a year in your stores so they can audit the work your store won't let you do! Merchandising materials sent directly to your home, all the time! Often way too early, or way too much.
