Cons
Lots of stress, I recommend employees in cellular sales do some of your own research into what you are offering to the customer. By which I employee to inform the customer of what they should expect on their first bill. The more honest you are with the customer, regardless of how long it may make the process(reasonably of course) the less likely you are to have a device returned. Make sure to inform and reiterate the return policy and that if they return the device, to contact the carrier immediately and notify them of that so that they may stand a chance not to be held liable for that first bill of service. We don't work for the carrier companies nor do we sell prepaid devices. You will be asked to do a lot of things from prepaid customers that you are told you can't do or it's a possible terminatable offense.
