Very flexible in most cases.
Cons
Low pay, mileage pay is low to non existent due to their policies, no pay raise in ~5 years, no upward movement was ever available, the distances required to go to a majority of work sites. Bad system for reporting. Bad communication with management. Unrealistic expectations from management. The offered benefits are non-existent on the offered pay for most positions, it's even a stretch for management.
