This company has great "Core Values" that they intend for all employees to live by. The idea for microschools and how they allow students to get excited about what they are working on is another great pro.
Cons
The inability to bring and retain good talent because of lack of quality leadership and a toxic culture will be this company's downfall. There are a lot of giant egos and everyone wanting a "win", pitting teams against each other instead of leveraging resources and working together for the common good. The core values are often weaponized against the employees. "You aren't starting with heart"
