Good pay. Paid time off.
Cons
Don't expect to move up the ladder here, unless you are a favorite of someone in upper management. Some departments are staffed almost entirely by family members. Working hard will get you nowhere fast. I have seen many long time employees try again and again to go full-time and are constantly passed up for new people that have worked there less than six months only because they had someone on the inside coaching them along. IPs can be very lazy and rude. It's very much an every man for himself mentality there.
