Good pay short hours vacation pay for part time the work is sometimes mindless. Temperature controlled clean place to work

Cons

Mods are treated differently with all easy jobs in one and all hard jobs in another. New leads are needed to make things run more smoothly.

If you want to know what it was like working in the 1980's and 90's this is the perfect place to experience that atmosphere. This is a male-centric business. It is a private company so religion will be a part of meetings no matter how awkward this is for most of the room. This is a good place to start your career if you really really need the experience. This is not a company you want to retire from. There is no 401k and it takes years to become eligible for the "profit sharing" program. The healthcare benefits are so so and there is no support when there are issues with said benefits. Last year the biggest "bonus" was that vision was finally covered. PTO is a joke. Top out PTO takes 20-something years.
