Pros

Ability to work 4 10 hour days, fitness center, consistent hours, profit sharing, vacation policy has gotten much better, very clean, air conditioned everywhere

Cons

Pay isn't great, but there's a decent profit sharing program. ERP system is home grown and can be quite clunky and slow to use.

If you want to know what it was like working in the 1980's and 90's this is the perfect place to experience that atmosphere. This is a male-centric business. It is a private company so religion will be a part of meetings no matter how awkward this is for most of the room. This is a good place to start your career if you really really need the experience. This is not a company you want to retire from. There is no 401k and it takes years to become eligible for the "profit sharing" program. The healthcare benefits are so so and there is no support when there are issues with said benefits. Last year the biggest "bonus" was that vision was finally covered. PTO is a joke. Top out PTO takes 20-something years.
