      Pros

      Employees and coworkers are very supportive. Work is intriguing and can be satisfactorily challenging.

      Cons

      Leadership falsely accuse and attack based on personality differences, not based on actual performance and accomplishments. I have definitely seen racial discrimination up to and including termination. As well as termination based on favoritism. HR is not only pawns for this behavior, they also engage in racial discrimination. They also lie about their bonuses and unlimited vacation. Any time off comes out of your bonus.

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
