Management is clueless. Engineering is third class citizens.. Management is run by Sales in this company. Account managers and their VP of Sales manipulate to blame Pre-sales engineering for everything. Engineering Vice-President or other engineering management always accepts the fault. Their default position is that their Pre or Post sales engineer is wrong. There is lack of diversity in management. No minorities or women in the management. Bunch of White guys running the show. zero quality of life here.
