(Michigan office) Pay, benefits, camaraderie, interested in growing it's employee skills, management who actually listen to the requests of its employees. Definitely recommend working here. Growth potential in Michigan is high. Can't speak for other states.
Cons
Great for those with Cisco skills. Lacking customer base for those having other skills.
