Pros
The Field Marketing team itself is full of young, fun people. Presidio has a family like vibe which is always appreciated. Also, we're provided with all the top technologies which is always nice. Lastly, being exposed to top technology partners really opens the door for career advancements.
Cons
Stop micromanaging. The field marketing team is treated unlike any other team at Presidio. We're constantly reminded as a whole team how to "dress" for work and events. We're pushed to set appointments when we're NOT in sales which is frustrating. Also, there's very clear favoritism on this team...hard work doesn't necessarily get recognized.
