      Outdated, micro-managing business culture. Unprofessional managers. Puppet HR department. Extreme nepotism. No growth opportunities. Frequent acquisitions and layoffs. No work flexibility. IT company where "telework" is a dirty word.

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
