Poor employee culture, attrition, layoffs and horrendous local management - Anonymous employee Presidio Employee Review

Ever since the company went public management only cares about the bottom line. There is limited to no growth potential. Raises are infrequently given (there were people in our office that hadn't had a raise in over 5 years). Morale is poor and no attempt has been made to stem the bleeding of the attrition of some very good people. Layoffs have hit hard across the company.
