      PNS buys out small companies and slowly begins stripping away unique features, including perks like profit sharing and vacation days. Too many dead end positions.

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
