      I developed some lasting friendship there with some of my coworkers

      Cons

      very low pay - the raises were a complete joke (less than $1 per hour for exceeding expectations). There was no room to grow in the company either.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
