      The pay is good and some of the people are great!

      Cons

      leaders aren't leaders here, at least in my department. Manager is phony and doesn't have any management skills. We are treated like we are in prision!!!

      Pros

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
