Pros
The way Presidio approaches clients with positioning technology is far different and unique than most other solution providers. "Practical thinking for a connected world" is not just a corporate slogan but a true way of building around their culture. Customer identify with this approach and inherently want to have deeper conversations so they can better understand how to correctly position technology in a way that makes the most sense for their business needs.
Cons
On boarding is a bit elementary and it's "every man form themselves" in terms of getting around the company portals. However, Presidio does provide training with the manufacturers in an al a cart method so it is up to the individual to get educated on the latest trends.
