      Amazing Engineering support, loaded on the high end certifications

      Cons

      need to spread the support nationwide, some areas are very strong in some solutions and someone from the East Coast cannot use west coast resources.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
