Pros
Everyone is pretty friendly, lots of new technologies implemented constantly. Room to grow your knowledge. No mass layoffs so far due to the economic downturn.
Cons
Lack of communication with management beyond your direct supervisor, no desire to assist in alleviating workload you and your fellow team members face. Very little recognition on accomplishments from anyone other than your direct manager. However upper management comes down hard and fast should the slightest thing go awry.
