      - Good company culture - Supportive teams - Very good onboarding system - Company puts effort for employee welfare, when the pandemic hit they made sure everyone has access to good internet and good systems(Allowance given)

      - Salary is sub-par - A little less exposure of technical challenges

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
