Work-life balance but even that is very dependent on the client project you are put on Some good managers who have 0 control over anything
Cons
1. Lot of false promises (About when promotions/raises will happen). They are very good at stringing along 2. No career growth, upper management climbs the ladder so fast but delivery gets left behind. In the whole DBSS delivery group, less than 5 people were promoted 3. Lack of vision or proper resource planning 4. Salaries are way below the market rate 5. Very high attrition (Have seen at least 50% of the people on one of my projects leave the company itself), leading to subpar talent 6. A lot of DBSS leadership is looking for their paydays from their stocks. So they are not really worried about growing the company 7. Really poor benefits for a company that has been growing pretty significantly
