Everyone is locked in and understands the vision. The onboarding process was succinct and thorough. The first day was very clean and I enjoyed the online resources for simple things like expenses so that I don't have to sit through copious hours of training on tasks I can learn with a quick tutorial and also reference later when needed. Each person I talk to seems to truly enjoy their job.
