Fully remote. Great management team (even being remote). Great leadership that has your back. Great relationships with vendors and most importantly, customers.
Cons
Would be nice to meet other coworkers in person once or twice a year since we are all remote.

Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
