Since the merger, our leadership has prioritized creating a supportive environment and offering ample opportunities, particularly in enhancing technological skills. We've significantly invested time and effort in technical learning and development initiatives to keep pace with our rapidly evolving industry.
When an employee's performance falls short, we initiate a collaborative Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) with their manager and a mentor. Weekly check-ins track progress and offer guidance. PIP is designed to help retain employees by providing the necessary resources and guidance for improvement.
While we understand that some employees may have struggled to meet expectations despite our support, we respect each person's unique journey. We fully support their decisions to pursue other opportunities and wish them the best.
At Presidio, we are dedicated to nurturing the potential of every employee and ensuring they have the support and resources required to achieve success.
