      The Salary Package they offer is great but the benefits they offer additional which doesn't come under CTC - that's even more better. - Have great learning programs - Hybrid/Remote Work Model - Professional and Understanding Managers - Free Food at Office - Free Shuttle - Lot of Reimbursements - Cab Facility (Shuttle Service) - Good Group Health Insurance - Friendly Colleagues

      Nothing as such that I know of. But I'll update if I notice/experience anything at all.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
