Pros
Presidio is regarded as one of the “more strategic” VARs, but that doesn’t mean a whole ton, when the rest are selling hardware. With that said, Presidio is starting to “turn the page” on being more digital and tactical offering cloud and Software services.
Cons
Culture is pretty toxic. It’s all about the sales numbers. The company is about 5 years behind on the methodology of selling value vs. just selling “stuff”. Managers say they are motivated to sell cloud and more strategic services, yet the push from top down is to sell what you can to get to your number.
