      At one point the company saw their employees as valuable individuals. They made strides to do whatever it took to ensure no one lost their job during Covid.

      Cons

      New management will not hesitate to outsource jobs in order to save a few dollars on salary.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
