Pros

High turnover rate initially, but the business is great with employees prior to the past. Higher wages, bonuses, recognition of work and compensation. Not a job for everybody. But if you put in the effort it’s a good place to grow and better your self

Cons

Sometimes long hours, needs more management oversight on shifts.

New Management that is NOT family related is getting the company back on track.

Cons

Growing pains. New benefits not worth considering. If you can go on spouses benefits - do it. This is currently not a lifer organization if your priority is good benefits and retirement and stability. 2nd generation family ran business into the ground.
