      Management cares about people. Management listened to employees concerns and made changes. The manufacturing staff makes a good living.

      Forging is dirty and the environment is loud.

      Pros

      New Management that is NOT family related is getting the company back on track.

      Cons

      Growing pains. New benefits not worth considering. If you can go on spouses benefits - do it. This is currently not a lifer organization if your priority is good benefits and retirement and stability. 2nd generation family ran business into the ground.
