One of the best ways to define employment here is to understand that "management" are referred to as leaders. Every employee holds one another accountable with respect, and encourages growth and community involvement.

Well structured on boarding with little actual guidance, this is fixable. Getting every employee to buy into this culture can be difficult.

Preston Feather is a great balance between small/family-owned and well-established. Executive team is fully immersed in the day-to-day, and there is real transparency across the company. Overall vibe is super positive and supportive. The people are just plain cool! Comp & benefits are competitive with the area.
