People are usually laid-back, it is an easy to get a job because they are always hiring.
Cons
Hours kept being cut unexpectedly without warning, easy to get fired, a lot of people quit, staff comes in and out quickly, Not at all understanding when you are sick, unable to work certain days, and don't care about employee health or well-being.
