Pros
I liked my coworkers, and the environment in the break room and at the registers was nice. Also, they offered advancement if you stayed long enough and raises for longtime workers.
Cons
The pay is very low, and management (at least at the store I worked at) is overly strict and sometimes petty. Everyone who worked there expected to be yelled at by one of the managers pretty regularly, and they were always adding new rules and things to do. And, a lot of the workers were college students, so when they were at school we were shorthanded, and so during fall and spring you're typically expected to do the job of two people; not to mention, there was a lot of turnover, and training was pretty sparse, so experienced workers always have to make up for the new employees.
