Pros
Quite a few employees at each store with 10+ years experience, so longevity is possible. Building new stores as of 2015.
Cons
Poor training program. Goals are fluid and are based more on the whims of the store manager than corporate goals. Ask employees to work on their days off consistently. Salaried employees will have to work 10-20 hours a week more than their schedule just to get the basics done due to understaffing.
