They allowed an employee that had been with the company for many years to be verbally and psychologically abusive and bully every employee that has worked with them and never reprimanded them once even though the employee has continually repeated the behavior. Store management needs to back employees and make sure that employees are treated fairly when they deserve recognition for a good deed.
