- Flexible time, managers do not push and expect you to sit at your desk from 8 to 5 - Depending on the area, you can work with new technology - Pretty stable, lay-offs are not frequent - Good work-life balance, it is not common that you have to work after hours
Cons
- Pretty boring, projects are the same and some of them you have only to provide support - Not so challenging projects - Depending on your area, you can fall into working with ancient technology - Some bureaucracy from the top managers - Workers now have to return to the office all 5 days - Career path not defined and hierarchy really flat, not too many opportunities to grow
