Pros
Outside assembly everyone else seemed nice, decent pay could be better, weekends off, learning how to operate machinery, breaks, temporary
Cons
Lacking discipline within 2nd shift assembly, favoritism if you kiss up meaning you can get away with not working and hiding, supervisors weren't around at all, teamwork dosen't exsist, felt belittled and treated as if i was dumb due to being young.
