Pros

Met a lot of people with great companies

Cons

Poor language and abusive management. Very demanding although no real training was provided. This is a large corporation that offers training to make you secure and knowledgeable in your position however this office location refuses to provide that. I worked with other ladies and none of us were trained through the corporate process. Yet they chose to hold us accountable for things we never were trained on. The training in this office is simply sink or swim. In speaking to other PrideStaff people I learned the corporate training was valuable and needed yet the didn't think so. I must admit I didn't ask to go but should I have had to ask? Management behaves childish and talks behind your back and makes you feel unwanted. Management always uses offensive language all the time and very verbally abusive. No respect from management at all. You always see them talking behind your back like school kids and it makes it feel like an unwanted place to work. They drink during office hours and steal PTO from you when you resign

Pros

The location previously had a strong reputation in the community. The former team demonstrated genuine care for both clients and candidates. Employees created a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer service and staffing support were once considered high quality. Older reviews indicate a history of strong performance and client satisfaction. The review acknowledges appreciation for previous staff members, showing there was a solid foundation and culture at one point.

Cons

Significant decline in workplace culture after the management change around October 2024. Communication has become inconsistent and unreliable. Concerns regarding transparency in operations and decision-making. Employees, candidates, and client companies reportedly feel poorly treated. Perception of misleading information being provided. Loss of trust and credibility compared to the office’s previous reputation. Current experience no longer aligns with the expectations set by past reviews and performance.
