Pros

There are no pros for this company as far as I can see.

Cons

Highly unorganized. I spoke with a representative and it was as though I was disturbing him in his home or something. He has no idea what was going on and when I informed him that I was looking at the position that was for his office as I was speaking to him he still tried to correct me as if I was wrong and then said the position that was on the site is not what they were hiring for. Huh??? Why have a position listed if it's not what you're hiring for? On top of that it was as if he wasn't at all familiar with the job postings nor the locations. When he asked the location the job was posted under, I said "Atlanta" and he said "well we have several locations" and I said "the actual city of Atlanta" and he still needed further clarificaiton! What part of the "city of Atlanta" do you not understand?? There is only ONE PrideStaff office in the city of Atlanta so why would you act as though he didn't know this. I have no interest in working for a company that makes this horrible of a first impression.

I'm sorry, that does sound like a frustrating conversation. I believe the reason for the confusion is because PrideStaff actually has 5 locations in the greater Atlanta area, and their office names all include the city of Atlanta. Nonetheless, you are correct, only one is physically located in Atlanta city itself. First impressions mean everything, and again, we're very sorry that we did not make a good one when speaking with you. The location previously had a strong reputation in the community. The former team demonstrated genuine care for both clients and candidates. Employees created a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer service and staffing support were once considered high quality. Older reviews indicate a history of strong performance and client satisfaction. The review acknowledges appreciation for previous staff members, showing there was a solid foundation and culture at one point.

Cons

Significant decline in workplace culture after the management change around October 2024. Communication has become inconsistent and unreliable. Concerns regarding transparency in operations and decision-making. Employees, candidates, and client companies reportedly feel poorly treated. Perception of misleading information being provided. Loss of trust and credibility compared to the office’s previous reputation. Current experience no longer aligns with the expectations set by past reviews and performance.
