This company, (specifically the Addison/Coppell franchise) does NOT represent the real understanding of the position, it is based on METRICS. This is a sales job, but being paid salary. (If you happen to make your "goal")
This job will TRY to make you feel guilty about the obligations and the expectations if they are not met, but expect their internal employees to go above and beyond with unreachable goals, and no social life/work balance. They mainly target new grads to fufill the position, as if it is really your foot in the door, but save yourself some stress. They have a great professionally, but tell fake lies.. it all feels like a set up. They mention everyone is a "team" but expect you to exceed goals and help others. IT IS NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN THE DAY.
