Pros

You will discover exactly how much mental exhaustion a person can endure before breaking.

Cons

- Working here feels like being trapped in chaos disguised as a job. -The workload is unbearable, and the pay is an insult to the effort expected - Coworkers act superior, competing in a silent contest of arrogance instead of teamwork. - Concern are dismissed instantly, as if speaking up is some kind of offense. - The atmosphere is hostile, making it clear that the company does not care if employees burn out. - Every day feels tense and unpredictable, surrounded by people who mistakes disrespect for authority. - By the time you finally leave, the anger fades into disbelief that this place still manages to stay open.

Pros

These are probably the best coworkers I've ever had. People here work together and support one another, creating a positive environment even when a day isn't going too well. It's nice being part of a company that values growth and development. I've become quite knowledgeable about the multifamily housing industry and continue to build skills that support my long-term career goals.

Cons

Managing multiple priorities can be stressful.

Pros

Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of multifamily property management. Exposure to different properties and systems.

Cons

Leadership frequently changed expectations without clear communication. During my six years with the company, I was promoted multiple times and took on increasing levels of responsibility, including corporate training and regional sales support. Unfortunately, I found that the responsibilities of my roles often shifted significantly from what was discussed during the hiring process and was never compensated. Work-life balance became increasingly difficult, particularly in travel-based roles. Travel schedules could change with little notice, and I was sometimes expected to provide extended onsite coverage outside the scope of my position. Communication around expectations often lacked consistency, which made it challenging to plan both professionally and personally. Consistently lied to to make me stay in certain locations away from family for longer time periods after I was promised to be home on a specific date. No concerns for weather or safety as they will make you stay onsite in unsafe conditions. Recognition for employee contributions and longevity felt inconsistent. Despite years of service and multiple promotions, I did not feel valued in the same way as my contributions suggested. In other word you will always be taken advantage of. The second you set boundaries with them they will retaliate and punish you.
