Everyone working there was being brainwashed - Accountant Priderock Capital Partners Employee Review

Pros

I do recommend people doing the HR department. The career path is aggressive since you are closer to the bosses and best of all, you don't do anything 7 days a week, 365 days a year!!

Cons

All the cons written about learning and training were 100% true, especially the quality of the HR department. The fact that they have pre-determined/robotic responses to different types of negative Glassdoor feedback tells you how genuine they are. Everyone is brainwashed to believe that they had the most radically innovative minds in the world Try criticizing or commenting on their propaganda, their culture would organically phase you out.

Pros

These are probably the best coworkers I've ever had. People here work together and support one another, creating a positive environment even when a day isn't going too well. It's nice being part of a company that values growth and development. I've become quite knowledgeable about the multifamily housing industry and continue to build skills that support my long-term career goals.

Cons

Managing multiple priorities can be stressful.

Pros

Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of multifamily property management. Exposure to different properties and systems.

Cons

Leadership frequently changed expectations without clear communication. During my six years with the company, I was promoted multiple times and took on increasing levels of responsibility, including corporate training and regional sales support. Unfortunately, I found that the responsibilities of my roles often shifted significantly from what was discussed during the hiring process and was never compensated. Work-life balance became increasingly difficult, particularly in travel-based roles. Travel schedules could change with little notice, and I was sometimes expected to provide extended onsite coverage outside the scope of my position. Communication around expectations often lacked consistency, which made it challenging to plan both professionally and personally. Consistently lied to to make me stay in certain locations away from family for longer time periods after I was promised to be home on a specific date. No concerns for weather or safety as they will make you stay onsite in unsafe conditions. Recognition for employee contributions and longevity felt inconsistent. Despite years of service and multiple promotions, I did not feel valued in the same way as my contributions suggested. In other word you will always be taken advantage of. The second you set boundaries with them they will retaliate and punish you.
