      There is a lot of opportunity to make bank through commissions and bonuses, as long as you're willing to upsell to customers and fudge the truth

      Cons

      If you're not willing to do whatever it takes to meet your monthly goals and quotas, you won't make anything but the basic hourly rate which isn't enough to sustain a decent living.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
