      Pay , no work life balance, unpaid hours to be on meetings always understaffed Upper management mentally drains and abuses their mangers in the etx Texas regions Events - 8 month come out of pocket to look somewhat professional

      Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
